The vistas

We have one at this time, with plans for more in the future!

Winding Springs Treehouse can sleep up to 6 people.

Loft area with bunk beds, master bedroom with queen bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Take a look at everything our Winding Springs Vista has to offer here!

Each Vista offers unique experiences for visitors, from beautiful views to unique amenities, while providing guests with a full service bathroom, a kitchen with small countertop stove, refrigerator, some condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, and sweet & low), utensils, glass and cookware, Wifi (will vary depending on location), keypad entry, wood for fire pits, charcoal grills (charcoal not included), and many other fun offerings per vista.

We also have A/C and heating, including a reference guide to help with navigating all heating and cooling options, as well as the fireplace. If you need further assistance, please call us.

All inside lighting, except for the bathroom, has dimmers to lower the lights if desired.

Also, toiletries provided include travel size Michigan-made bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. We do recommend bringing enough product for all guests for the duration of your stay. If you respond in the Pre-Arrival form that your party drinks coffee/ tea, a small complimentary offering from a local source will be provided to enjoy during your stay.

Tree Vistas has a washer and dryer on-site.

Yes, our vistas include a kitchen with small countertop stove, refrigerator, utensils, glass and cookware.

Yes, it is highly suggested and welcome! Guests may bring their own food and drink.

Yes, you will have extra blankets and pillows stored in each treehouse.

Yes, but Tree Vistas is in a woody remote area so reception can vary throughout the resort. This includes the treehouse, which is limited to 8 megbits per second, and can result in slow internet speeds if multiple devices are connected. Sometimes that’s not a bad thing!

Yes, the water for the treehouse is well water with an installed water softener that is monitored closely. Rural areas often have hard water, which needs to be softened and treated.

The layout of the treehouse is unique because it was made around preexisting trees that we felt strongly about not cutting down. We even have a tree that goes through the house! This is part of what makes the treehouse special and unique.

Due to space limitations, the spiral staircase is close to walking areas. We have padded corners on the stairs to be on the safe side but do kindly ask that guests be careful when walking.

We are in the process of ordering black out blinds for the bedroom for guests that feel the need to have privacy. Our intent with our large windows has been to provide our guests with the ability to feel they are “one with the trees”.
