Full payment is required when booking.
We accept VISA, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, American Express, Apple and Google Pay.
Reservations are subject to a State Use Tax of 6%.
Reservations will also include a services and booking payment processing fee of 5.5% which is taxed at 6%. If booked through a Third Party (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), there will be a higher service transaction fee charged.
A $75.00 Cleaning fee is applied to all reservations and taxed at 6%.
If merchandise or other goods is purchased, there will be a 6% State Sales Tax applied.
Any type of rentals may also have a 6% sales tax applied (i.e. kayak, bike, fishing gear, etc.)

The Vistas are priced based on a per-night occupancy. Winding Springs Vistas is priced for 1-6 guests. Guests must not exceed the maximum guest for each vista. Additional guests, if over the maximum guests allowed, you will be liable to pay a supplement of up to 100% of the effective nightly rate for each unauthorized guest and/or your booking may be construed to be terminated by you.
